Background

Customers inability to enjoy an end-to-end cross-border banking experience between their home and country of residence reflects the failure within our system that needs to be fixed.


Moving money around was one of the top complaints from Lemfi customers, we decided to tackle by providing a way to use their money without moving it around all the time.

Conclusion

The Lemfi debit card saw rapid adoption, with frequent users signing up early. It provided significant savings on international transactions and boosted in-app spending as users gained better control over their finances.
